304不锈钢低温分离器开裂原因分析

摘要: 采用残余应力检测、常规力学性能试验以及金相分析等方法对304不锈钢低温分离器的封头开裂原因进行分析。结果表明,开裂是由应力腐蚀引起的;其原因是工作介质中有含量较高的硫,而封头-筒体对接环焊缝区域存在的残余应力促使开裂的发生。Abstract: The cracking analysis of separator made of 304 stainless steel had been conducted by examining residual stress,testing mechanical performance and analyzing the microstructures. The results showed that the cracking was typical stress corrosion cracking. The cracking was induced by the sulfide in the working medium. The circumferential working stress may play a dominant role and the residual stress due to welding was also responsible for the cracking.
