    析驱动铲片棘轮断裂分析

    Fracture analysis of Ratchet Wheel of Driving Shoveling Blade

    • 摘要: 针对某型号筑路平地机驱动铲片棘轮发生的断裂事故进行了失效分析, 通过对棘轮的材料成分分析、断口分析、金相检验及渗碳层硬度分布检测, 判断出棘轮渗碳过程中表面产生了脱碳, 在淬火过程中产生淬火裂纹, 运行过程中在断裂前由于承受较大的冲击载荷作用, 在表面脱碳层形成裂纹, 再加上棘轮中心晶粒及晶界较粗大, 有过热倾向, 最终导致棘轮发生断裂。

       

      Abstract: A ratchet fracture accident of driving shoveling blade was analyzed by means of chemicalcomposition analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and hardness distribution testing of carburizedlayer.The analysis results indicated that the main fracture reason of the ratchet was overheating.Carbon eliminatedat the surface of ratchet and grain was growing and coarsening because of overheating and then quenching cracks wereproduced at the surface of ratchet.Ratchet bore excess impact and then fracture formed on the surface of ratchet.
