    核电转子滚压强化后残余应力分析与评价

    Analysis and Evaluation on Residual Stress of Nuclear Power Rotator after Rolling Treatment

    • 摘要: 利用X射线衍射应力分析方法对表面经过滚压强化处理的核电转子的滚压面中心区域和外边缘区域的残余应力进行了测试, 并对残余应力分布进行了分析。结果表明: 滚压处理后转子滚压面中心区域沿转子轴向的残余应力平均值为-464.8 MPa, 环向残余应力平均值为-454.4 MPa,残余应力分布均匀, 强化效果比较显著;而滚压面边缘区域的残余压应力较中心区域要小, 沿转子轴向和环向两方向的残余压应力也比较接近, 残余应力分布同样均匀。

       

      Abstract: Residual stress of central rolling part and margin rolling part of nuclear power rotator after rolling treatment was investigated by X-ray diffraction method, and the residual stress distribution was also studied. The results show that at the central rolling part, the average residual stress was -464.8 MPa in axial direction, and was -454.4 MPa in circumferential direction. The residual stress distribution was uniform, and the strengthen effect was obvious. Compared with the central rolling part, at the margin rolling part, the residual stress was lower, and residual stress values were closed and uniform distributed in axial and circumferential directions.
