Abstract: The physical property,mechanical property and technology property of the various kind silicon rubbers was tested,and the evaluation test for its application state was conducted. A kind of high tear resistance silicon rubber was optimized to chose,which can be instead of 6144 silicon rubber. The fracture problem of umbilical cable rubber tube was solved.
