    基于光电传感的射频识别动态数据采集与检测系统设计与实现

    Design and Implementation of Dynamic Data Acquisition and Measurement of RFID System Based on Photoelectric Sensor Technique

    • 摘要: 射频识别(RFID)系统在实际应用环境中容易受到各种因素(金属、液体等)的干扰, 主要针对金属对RFID系统识读效率、识读距离等典型动态性能的影响进行试验研究。提出并设计了基于光电传感的RFID动态性能检测系统, 系统由传送带、数据采集与处理系统、高精度光电传感测距系统等组成。利用RFID动态性能检测系统进行了动态数据采集和验证试验, 金属对RFID系统影响的部分结论得到了验证。研究结果表明: 金属对RFID系统的动态性能有影响, 但通过采取一些有效措施可减少这种影响, 提高RFID系统的动态识读和抗干扰能力。该研究为RFID动态数据采集与检测提供了有效方法。

       

      Abstract: The RFID system is susceptible to a variety of factors such as metal, liquid and so on in the practical application environment. Therefore, the influence of metal on the dynamic performance of typical RFID system was analyzed theoretically, including reading efficiency and reading distance. A kind of RFID dynamic performance testing system based on photoelectric sensor was explained, which consisted of a conveyor belt, data acquisition and processing system, high accuracy ranging system and so on. The experiment of dynamic data acquisition and verification based on the system was also illustrated. The experimental results showed that metal had a significant influence on the dynamic performance of RFID system but the dynamic reading and anti-interference ability could be improved by some particular methods. The work supplied an effective way for dynamic data acquisition and measurement of RFID system.
