    某井114.3 mm油管接箍破裂原因分析

    Analysis on Fracture Reason of Coupling on 114.3 mm Tubing in One Well

    • 摘要: 通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试、宏观和微观检验, 对某井114.3 mm油管接箍破裂事故进行了调查研究。结果表明: 油管接箍在工厂镀铜之前就存在原始轧制裂纹, 在正常使用过程中从原始裂纹位置发生了断裂。为了防止类似事故再次发生, 要求对该批油管进行返修, 不允许修复油管存在裂纹、发纹、折叠等缺陷。

       

      Abstract: An investigation was given on the fracture accident of coupling on 114.3 mm tubing in one well by means of chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, macro and micro examination. The results showed that the tubing coupling fractured in use because there were original cracks in coupling which was produced in manufacture before copperizing. In order to prevent similar accident, the batch of tubing were rejected to manufactory for repairing, and the defects including crack, rolled flaw, folding defects and so on, should not be allowed in tubing after repair.
