    影响J55钢组织和性能的因素

    FACTOR OF INFLUENCE ON STRUCTURE AND PROPERTY OF J55 STEEL

    • 摘要: 采用化学成分分析、金相组织检验和夹杂物能谱分析等方法对J55钢进行了分析,同时对连铸加热参数的变化对J55钢组织和性能的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,珠光体含量随碳含量的增加而增加,进而提高了钢的力学性能;而夹杂物尺寸和形态的不同,对钢的强度和冲击韧度影响也不同。在加热温度偏高和加热时间较长的条件下,对该钢的力学性能影响不大,而对其基体内带状组织的减少或消除有一定作用。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure and properties of J55 steel were analyzed by chemical analysis,metallographic examination,etc.,and these parametens were discussed for continuous casting processing. The results showed that,the pearlite increased the mechanical properties of J55 steel,in which the content of pearlite increasing with that of carbon. While,the inclusions had a certain effects on strength and impact with size and shape. Furthermone,there were little effects on properties in the case of some overheat or orertime,but minimizing and eliminating banded microstructure on some extent.
