    油井套管下井试验问题分析

    Analysis on Problems Existing in Experiment on Casing Running down in Well

    • 摘要: 对φ339.7 mm×12.19 mm P110 BC套管下井全过程进行了调查和试验研究,及时发现并解决了套管在下井作业过程中存在的问题,使套管安全入井。通过对套管上扣质量进行卸扣检查和分析,认为不使用对扣器直接偏斜对扣,以及不使用引扣钳直接用动力套管钳快速引扣,容易发生粘扣和错扣,很难保证上扣质量。背钳挟持位置不当会导致套管接箍变形,增加上扣扭矩。应对使用背钳和不使用背钳时的套管上扣扭矩分别设定。要保证套管下井质量,应严格执行套管使用及维护作业规程,从螺纹接头保护、清洗、检查、修理、螺纹脂、对扣、引扣、上扣、上扣速度、上扣扭矩以及上扣控制方法等方面严格把关。

       

      Abstract: The whole process of experiment onφ339.7 mm×12.19 mm P110 BC casing running down in well was investigated, and the problems found in the experiment were solved on time for the casing string to run down successfully. The experiment results showed that thread gluing and cross threading happened easily by abnormal stab without using stabbing protector or guiding screw at high speed with power tong instead using strap wrench. It was difficult to guarantee the quality of make up without using stabbing protector and strap wrench. The improper griping position of clamp caused coupling deformation of casing, and led to increase the make up torque. So the make up torque with and without clamp should be decided respectively. In order to guarantee the running down quality of casing, the specification on use and maintenance for casing should be carried out, and the operation procedure on thread protection, cleaning, inspection, repair, thread compounds, stab, guiding screw, the speed and torque and control method of make up should be checked strictly.
