无氧铜弯头开裂分析
CRACKING ANALYSIS OF ELBOW OF OXYGEN-FREE COPPER

摘要: 无氧铜基器件在后期冷加工过程中在弯头处出现裂纹。对该失效件进行扫描电镜、金相和氧含量分析,并与未出现裂纹的正常件进行对比。结果表明,氧含量超标,存在大量的脆性相氧化亚铜,且材料内部仍留有部分残余应力,是失效的主要原因。Abstract: The crack of TU2 brazed elbow appeared during the hard-drawn process. It was investigated by means of SEM,metallography and oxygen content analysis. Results showed that the fracture was caused by higher content of O2,a large amount of Cu2O and residual stress.
