316L不锈钢泵轴断裂原因分析

摘要: 316L不锈钢泵轴在安装运行3个月左右发生断裂。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X荧光光谱仪等检测手段, 对该轴的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明: 奥氏体基体上存在着大量沿晶界分布的δ第二脆性相, 是导致泵轴疲劳脆性断裂的主要原因。Abstract: The pump shaft of 316L stainless steel was fractured after running for three months. By using metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and other detection means, the fracture reason of the shaft was analyzed. The results showed that the main reason of fatigue brittle fracture of pump shaft was that austenitic matrix had a lot of distribution along the grain boundary of the second brittle phase of δ.
