    高温陶瓷材料微观剖析试样的制备方法和要点

    SAMPLE PREPARATION METHOD AND MAIN POINTS OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE CERAMICS FOR MICROSTRUCTURE ANALYSIS BY SEM

    • 摘要: 介绍了高温陶瓷材料显微结构分析试样的制备方法(包括切割、浸渗、研磨和抛光)。其中采用环氧树脂浸满多孔试样的气孔是关键措施之一,其目的使试样在研磨和抛光过程保持结合强度,从而防止试样的显微结构受损。结果表明,此方法切实可行,耐材显微结构照片质量良好。

       

      Abstract: Preparation methods of Refractory Samples for microstructure analysis by SEM are contains of cutting, impregnating ,grinding and polishing. The most importance is impregnating the porous samples with epoxy resins which fill the pores and help to maintain sample integrity during grinding and polishing. So that can be prevent plucked out of microstructure. The application of the shaping method shows that it is practical and the pictures of the microstructure of refratories are beautiful, which promotes strongly the development of refractories for industrial furnaces.
