    基于图像处理的人体微血管直径测量技术

    Measurement of Human Microvascular Diameter Based on Image Processing

    • 摘要: 提出了一种基于图像处理技术的人体手指甲襞微血管管袢直径的测量方法, 采用显微光学放大系统及CCD 数字图像采集系统拍摄人体微血管图像, 在对采集的图像进行二值化的前提下利用Hessian矩阵提取了微血管的轮廓和中心线, 并分段拟合了该中心路径的垂线, 计算了轮廓边缘与垂线的交点, 最终得到了微血管直径分布图。该方法与其他测量结果相比具有更高的测量精度, 并且具有实时、快速等优点。

       

      Abstract: A measurement method of human nail fold microvascular diameter based on image processing technique was presented. First human microvascular image was obtained by microscopic optical amplification system and CCD digital image acquisition system. And then the contours and centerline of the microvascular were extracted with Hessian matrix after binarization of the image. The piecewise fitting of the perpendicular of centerline had been performed. The intersection point of contour edge and perpendicular had been calculated. At last the diameter distribution graph of the microvascular was obtained. The advantages of this measurement method were higher precision, fast and real-time compared with other measurement methods.
