    热镀锌钢铁制件表面颗粒缺陷成因分析及预防措施

    Reasons Analysis and Preventive Measures of Surface Coarse Particles Defect on Hot-dip Galvanized Steel Products

    • 摘要: 针对热镀锌钢铁制件表面的一种粗糙颗粒缺陷,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及能谱仪等进行了粗糙颗粒成因分析,并提出了解决措施.结果表明:该热镀锌钢铁制件表面出现粗糙颗粒,是由于其基板存在“氧化皮压入”缺陷而带来的铁屑,在镀锌时与锌液剧烈反应生成爆发式组织;因此建议严格控制热轧除鳞工艺,彻底清除热轧氧化铁皮.

       

      Abstract: The formation causes for a kind of coarse particles on surface of hot-dip galvanized steel products were analyzed by instruments of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,and corresponding preventive measures were proposed.The results show that coarse particles were resulted from the outburst microstructure which was generated by the extreme reaction of iron scraps and zinc bath.The iron scraps were caused by the scale press-in defect of the steel substrate.So the hot rolled descaling process should be controlled strictly in order to thoroughly remove the scales.
