Abstract: By observing the three common macro, micro characteristics as abnormal nodulizing, graphite floatation and slag in clusion, the defect reason has been analyzed in this paper, and the measure of preventing the defect is introduced to effectively control and reduce the waste parts, and to improve the qualified rate of the casts.
