    Melting Process of DZ417G Oriented Superalloy

    • 摘要: 对DZ417G定向高温合金的熔炼工艺进行了研究, 研究了拉晶速率以及碳、硼和钒元素含量对合金组织和高温拉伸及持久性能的影响。结果表明: 拉晶速率在5.9~6.5 mm·min-1时, 合金具有较高的持久寿命及抗拉强度和屈服强度; 硼含量增加, 对合金抗拉强度、屈服强度、持久寿命及塑性整体影响不大; 钒元素质量分数为0.8%时, 合金的拉伸性能及持久寿命最佳; 碳元素质量分数在0.18%~0.19%时, 合金性能最佳。

       

      Abstract: The smelting process of DZ417 oriented superalloy was studied, and the influences of withdrawal rate and carbon, boron and vanadium content on microstructure, high temperature tensile property and endurance property were analyzed. The results show that DZ417 alloy had high endurance life and tensile strength while the withdrawal rate was 5.9-6.5 mm·min-1. Increasing boron content had little influence on the tensile strength, endurance life and plasticity of the alloy. When the vanadium content was 0.8%, the alloy got the best tensile strength and endurance life. When the carbon content was 0.18%-0.19%, the alloy got the best properties.
