    常见圆柱形拉伸试棒制备工艺误区

    Common Production Errors of Round Bar Tensile Bars

    • 摘要: 对圆柱形拉伸试棒制备过程中容易产生的认识及工艺误区进行了分析,强调了对加工过渡圆弧半径r的正确认识,根据多项国标推荐出适当的拉伸试棒尺寸,并提出了可行的工艺建议。结果表明:在加工圆柱形拉伸试棒时,应保证过渡圆弧半径r的尺寸精度,严格执行GB/T 228-2002中对r≥0.75d的规定;在条件许可的情况下,尽量选取较大的过渡圆弧半径r值;推荐采用D/d=1.50~2.00系夹持尺寸,尽量保证D=d+2r。

       

      Abstract: Cognition and machining misunderstandings during the preparation process of round tensile test bar were analyzed,and correct understanding of transition radius r was emphasized. According to a number of national standards,appropriate sizes of the trial tensile bar were recommended and viable suggestions were put forward. The results show that when processing round tensile test bars,the transition radius size precision must be ensure and r≥ 0.75 d requirements of GB/T 228-2002 should be strictly implemented. If conditions permitting,larger transition radius r values should be selected first. D/d=1.50-2.00 department of clamp sizes were recommended and make D dimensions close to D=d+2r as far as possible.
