    热电厂高温过热器联箱安全阀接管座开裂分析

    Fracture Analysis of Stub on Superheater Safety Valve for Power Plant

    • 摘要: 通过宏观分析、金相检验、化学成分分析及XRD分析等方法对早期开裂失效的高温过热器联箱安全阀接管座横向开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:接管座开裂起源于管内壁,为脆性开裂;主要是由于在其运行过程中存在短时超温现象,导致接管座显微组织中的珠光体发生部分球化,同时碳化物在晶界聚集,降低了接管座的抗拉强度和伸长率,使其力学性能变差,再加上接管座两端对其变形的约束,最终导致其发生横向开裂;但由于接管座两端为焊接结构,对接管变形约束较大,因此开裂未发生明显塑性变形,宏观上表现为脆性开裂。

       

      Abstract: The early transversal cracking cause of a high temperature superheater channel relief valve stub was analyzed by the macroscopic analysis,microstructure examination,chemical compositions analysis and XRD analysis. The result show that the stub cracked from inner wall of the stub and fracture mechanism was brittle fracture. There was short-time temperature excursion during the stub working process,and then pearlite of the microstructure was spheroidized and carbide aggregated at the grain boundary,so tensile strength and elongation percentage of the stub material was deteriorated. There was binding force to the stub so it cracked through transverse direction. There was no obvious plastic deformation because of the large binding force,and the fracture showed brittle rupture.
