    圆柱形试样多点测量方式加载同轴度的通用计算方法

    THE GENERAL CALCULATION METHOD FOR LOADING COAXALITY OF A CYLINDRICAL SPECIMEN WITH MULTIPLE-POINT MEASURING WAY

    • 摘要: 对圆柱形对中传感器试样横截面圆周弯曲应变的分布进行了理论分析,导出了最大弯曲应变的表示通式,使多点测量方式的加载同轴度达到了理论上的统一表达。分别提供了表示最大弯曲应变方位角、净试验机最大弯曲应变和净试样弯曲应变的通式。指出了国外文献关于净试验机弯曲分量表示式的错误。

       

      Abstract: The theoretical analysis on bending strain distribution around the cross-section circumference of a cylindrical alignment cell specimen with multiple-point measuring way was made. The general equation for calculating maximum bending strain had been developed to theoretically unify the expression of loading coaxality. Also both the equation for angle position of maximum bending strain and the equation for net bending contributions respectively due to the testing machine and the specimen was provided. The error in reference <参考文献原文>in regard to represent the net bending strain component due to testing machine was pointed.
