Abstract: The errors appeared of different understanding and errors for different supervision personnel in actual supervision process to the construction contractor testing laboratory were analyzed systematically. The basic methods to solve errors were presented, and it was pointed out how to carried out the supervision and management work to different testing laboratory (as civil testing laboratory and metal testing laboratory; party detection testing laboratory and Ⅱ party detection testing laboratory and the third party detection testing laboratory). This species problem was resolved, can conducive smooth for the engineering construction, at the same time can standardize the supervision activities of supervisor, improve the efficiency of supervision.
