    滚轮体表面裂纹成因分析

    Causes Analysis on Surface Cracks of a Roller Wheel

    • 摘要: 某20CrMnMo钢滚轮体渗碳、淬火后进行磨削时表面发现裂纹,通过对其进行宏观检验、化学成分分析、非金属夹杂物检验以及金相检验,对裂纹产生原因进行了分析.结果表明:该滚轮体表面裂纹属于磨削裂纹;主要是由于刀刃砂粒的不平整以及磨削工艺的不合理导致的.通过改进磨削工艺较好地解决了滚轮体磨削裂纹产生的问题.

       

      Abstract: Cracks were found on the surface of a roller wheel with material of 20CrMnMo steel when grinding after carburizing and quenching.Means such as macro examination,chemical compositions analysis,non-metallic inclusions examination and metallographic examination were used to analyze the formation causes of the surface cracks.The results show that the surface cracks of the roller wheel were grinding cracks,and unevenness sand grain on the edge of the grinding wheel and unreasonable grinding process were main reasons for the grinding cracks.The problem of roller wheel producing grinding cracks was well solved by improving the grinding process.
