    P110钢级石油套管管端分层原因分析

    Causes Analysis on Delamination Flaws at the End of P110 Oil Casing Pipes

    • 摘要: P110钢级石油套管调质热处理后出现管端分层缺陷。通过化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜观察和能谱分析等方法, 分析了该批套管分层的原因。结果表明: 该套管分层缺陷为热轧过程中产生的沿晶裂纹, 造成分层缺陷的根本原因为枝晶间的锰元素偏析。

       

      Abstract: The delamination flaws were observed at the end of P110 steel grade oil casing pipes after heat treatment. Means such as chemical compositions analysis, metallographic examination, and SEM and EDS analysis were used to analyze the delamination flaws forming reasons. The results show that the delamination flaws were intergranular cracks generated during hot rolling, and interdentritic manganese segregation was the main reason for the delamination flaws.
