Abstract: Due to abnormal running of electron tension static testing machine frame of INSTRON corporation in the high speed,and based on the structure and system work theory of the testing machine,each factors possible caused breakdown had been checked and debugged. As result,a damaged power amplifier of drive machine caused frame breaking down. After maintence,the test machine recover work again.
