汽车用外圈破损失效分析

Damage Failure Analysis of Outside Circularity Used in Car

摘要: 汽车用的外圈在精加工时发现其表面破损失效。通过对化学成分、力学性能、断口及显微组织的检验对破损原因进行了分析。结果表明: 在锻造加热过程中外圈表面氧化造成的锻造折叠缺陷引起了外圈的破损。

Abstract: Damage of outside circularity used in car was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,fracture analysis and metallographic examination. The results showed that the damage of outside circularity mainly due to the oxide and fold flaw on outside circularity surface in forging heated process.
