2219铝合金金相显示技术研究

摘要: 对T8时效态2219铝合金显示其显微组织的工艺参数进行了探讨,该试验工艺参数为,电解抛光:20%高氯酸10 mL+无水乙醇90 mL,电压20 V,时间40 s;腐蚀覆膜:硫酸16 mL+磷酸100 mL;电压25 V,电流密度0.4~1.0 A/cm2,时间90~180 s。结果表明,该工艺参数在显示其显微组织上取得了较好的效果。Abstract: The research about 2219 aluminum alloy′s metallographic examination was carried out and the method was studied to observe the microstructure of grains of the tested alloy. The best processing parameters is: (a) electro polishing: electrolyte,20% HClO4 (10 mL) + ethanol (90 mL),voltage 20 V,time 40 s;(b) corrosion cladding: electrolyte,HPO3 (100 mL) + H2SO4 (16 mL),voltage 25 V,ampere density 1.4~1.0 A/cm2,time 90~180 s.
