    压气机一级转子叶片缺陷分析

    Defects Analysis on First Stag Rotor Blade of Compressor

    • 摘要: 某压气机一级转子叶片在抛光后磁粉探伤过程中发现异常, 经低倍检查, 该叶片叶背沿纵向有多条类似裂纹的缺陷, 通过金相检验和能谱分析的方法对叶片缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 该叶片缺陷为原材料冶炼过程中带入的夹渣所致,在随后的多次压力加工变形过程中夹渣破碎, 在叶片局部沿纵向呈条带状分布。

       

      Abstract: Abnormal conditions to the first stage rotor blade of a compressor were found when magnetic powders inspecting after polished, and then macrostructure examination to the abnormal position was performed. It is found that there were multiple-lines defects similar to cracks on the convex airfoil surface of the blade along with longitudinal direction, and then means of metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis were employed to investigate the formation reasons of the defects. The results indicate that the defects of the blade were induced by the slags carried from the smelting process of the raw material, and the slags were crushed during the following pressure deformation process and distributed in banded shape along the longitudinal direction at local of the blade.
