    差热分析曲线的影响因素

    Influence Factors of Differential Thermal Analysis Curves

    • 摘要: 以纯铝和纯铟两种材料为研究对象, 通过差热分析试验系统研究了影响这两种材料DTA曲线的主要因素。结果表明: 升温速率、试样用量、气氛和气体流量等因素对这两种材料的DTA曲线有着不同程度的影响; 试验时要根据具体的试样特性, 选择合适的试验参数。

       

      Abstract: As the research object of pure aluminum and pure indium two materials, the main influence factors of differential thermal analysis (DTA) curves were analyzed through differential thermal analysis test. The results show that heating rate, sample dosage, atmosphere, gas flow and so on, all had different influence on DTA curves of these two materials, and proper test parameters should be taken according to characteristics of the test samples.
