    CRACKING ANALYSIS OF KNUCKLE COMPONENT

    • 摘要: 某转向节在装配时开裂。对开裂的转向节进行了断口宏观形貌、硬度、显微组织、化学成分和再现试验分析,发现由于型腔内有孕育剂碎块,碎块在铁水中上浮后没有完全溶解,造成零件的局部硅聚集,从而导致零件开裂。

       

      Abstract: The knuckle component was ruptured in a assembly,the part was analyzed by Macro-appearance,hardness testing,microstructure examination,testing,chemical composition analysis and reappearance test,Inoculation fragments were found inside the mould. These fragments that didn't completely dissolve in iron melt due to float caused local silicon gather. That is the reason of the part broken.
