    高压锅炉无缝钢管爆裂原因分析

    Bursting Reasons Analysis on Seamless Steel Tube for High Pressure Boiler

    • 摘要: 某高压锅炉无缝钢管在进行压力试验时发生爆裂, 通过宏观和微观分析、力学性能测试、化学成分分析和金相检验等方法对钢管爆裂原因进行了分析。结果表明: 由于在钢管最大裂口处存在一个沿钢管轴向分布的内折缺陷, 由该内折缺陷所致的钢管承载有效壁厚降低和应力集中是导致其在水压试验时发生轴向爆裂的直接原因。

       

      Abstract: The seamless steel tube for high pressure boiler bursted while the pressure test was performed. The bursting reason was analyzed by means of macroscopic and microscopic analysis, mechanical properties test, chemical compositions analysis and metallographic analysis etc. The results show that there was an internal surface folding (ISF) defect along the longitudinal direction of the steel tube at the bursting position. The ISF defect resulted in the reduction of effective loaded thickness of the steel tube and the stress concentration, which was the immediate cause for the seamless steel tube busting when pressure test.
