高强耐磨锰黄铜的研究

摘要: 采用化学成分分析、力学性能测定、显微组织和相结构分析等方法,研究了LTH60合金的组织与性能。结果表明,该合金显微组织包括α相、β相、Mn5Si3和铅等四相;合金可用固溶时效、应变强化等方法进行强化处理,处理后的强度为480~650N/mm2,硬度为150~200HB。Abstract: The microstructures and mechanical performance of LTH60 alloy have been stadied by using optical microscopy, tensile testing machine and EDS instrument. The results indicated that this alloy′s microstructures contain four phases: α,β, Mn5Si3 and Pb. LTH60 can be strengthening by Solution treatment and ageing, strain strengthening, etc. After strengthening, tensile strength is 480~650N/mm2, hardness is 150~200HB.
