    充气阀组件壳体断裂分析

    Fracture Analysis of Charging Valve Shell

    • 摘要: 某型直升机用气源装置T6态7A09铝合金充气阀组件壳体与气瓶连接的螺纹退刀槽根部发生断裂。结合气源装置的存储条件、使用及断裂情况, 通过断口分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法, 对失效现象进行了系统的分析。结果表明: 失效原因是应力腐蚀断裂, 并从原材料选择和腐蚀防护等方面提出了针对性建议。

       

      Abstract: Fracture occurred in the thread relief groove root of charging valve shell of a type of gas supply devices applied to helicopter connected to the cylinder shell. The charging valve shell was produced by aluminum alloy 7A09, T6 state. A study was conducted by means of fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, and combined with the storage, use and fracture conditions of gas supply devices. The results showed that the fracture of charging valve shell was attributed to the stress corrosion. According to the experiment results, measures had been suggested to prevent such failure.
