烧结 WTi合金坯料的显微组织显示方法及相组成
Displaying Method and Phase Compositions of Microstructure of Sintered WTi Alloy Blank

摘要: 利用先化学侵蚀再电解侵蚀的方法可以得到清晰的烧结WTi合金坯料的显微组织; 并通过对坯料显微组织的定量金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析和X射线衍射分析, 研究了该合金坯料显微组织的相组成。结果表明: 现有烧结工艺制成的W5Ti合金坯料显微组织主要为等轴状β2相(钛在钨中的固溶体), 晶粒数约为45 000 个/mm2; 还含有9%(体积分数)的纯钨相, 纯钨相的平均尺寸约为2.65 μm,分布在等轴β2相晶粒内; 另还含有8%(体积分数)的α-Ti和β2相的共析体。Abstract: Using method of first chemical etching and then electrolytic corrosion, microstructure of sintered WTi alloy blank could be displayed clearly. And then microstructure of the sintered alloy blank was analyzed by means of quantitative metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy diffraction spectrum analysis, and X-ray diffraction analysis to study its phase compositions. The results show that microstructure of the sintered W5Ti alloy blank mainly consists of equiaxed β2 phase and 9% (volume fraction) pure tungsten phase and 8% eutectoid body of α-Ti and β2 phase. The grain number of β2 phase is about 45 000 /mm2 and the grain size of the pure tungsten phase which distributes in the equiaxed β2 grain is about 2.65 μm.
