T23高温再热器管爆管原因分析

摘要: 通过宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、拉伸试验、金相检验和理论计算等方法对在我国较早应用在电厂锅炉高温再热器的T23钢管的爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明:管子外壁氧化腐蚀减薄是导致T23再热器管爆管的主要原因,因爆管附近烟温偏高而导致的管子材料显微组织老化和性能劣化对再热器管爆管起促进作用。Abstract: Leakage reason of T23 steel tube in high temperature reheater was researched through a set of tests of macro check,tensile test,microstructure examination and theoretical calculation. The results show that the main reason for the leakage was due to oxide corrosion which resulted in the reduction of the tube’s wall thickness. Microstructure aging and mechanical deterioration of the tube caused by higher fuel gas temperature near the leaked tube accelerated the leakage.
