利用套后成像测井技术分析某井套管泄漏原因
Analysis on Leakage Cause of Casing in One Well by IBC Technology

                            摘要: 某井套管柱试压发生了泄漏,随后对套管柱进行了套后成像测井(IBC),根据测井结果分析了影响套管泄漏的因素.通过分析套管磨损对其承压能力的影响,认为套管泄漏与套管内壁磨损有很大关系;依据测井原理对套管泄漏位置进行了分析,认为IBC测井无法直接准确判定较细的套管穿透裂纹的确切位置,只能给出磨损最严重、最有可能发生漏失的位置;通过分析固井质量对使用寿命的影响,认为套管柱多处磨损后发生了椭圆变形,与固井质量不好,套管受到非均匀载荷有关.Abstract: The casing string leaked during pressure test in one well, and then the operation by imaging behind casing (IBC) was performed to check casing string.The leakage cause was analyzed on the basis of IBC results.It was considered that the leakage of casing string was related to wear by analyzing the effect of wear on resistance to leakage.Based on analysis of IBC principle, it was found that IBC technology could give possible leakage position where the casing was worn severely, but could not determine the location of small crack penetrated on casing.It was thought that the oval deformation occurred in casing string, that was related to worse cementing quality and nonuniform load on casing string by analyzing the effect of cement quality on service life of casing string.
