Abstract: In fracture analysis of metallic material and components,the machining process,using statues and sample preparation should be known. It was reviewed how to look for fracture source by examples with observe and analyses the appearance and character of cracks,and how to distinguish path of cracks growth,and how to analyses and conclude the fracture reason.Finally,the requirement of material analysis report was presented.
