Abstract: With high accuracy of temperature control and good performance of hot process simulation,MR-20 analog heat-treatment furnace holds two control systems,one is heating control system,while the other is cooling control system. It can be widely used in metallic materials development and process evaluation. It is illustrate more about the characteristic & applied technique of MR-20 analog heat-treatment furnace with the manufacturable analog test of forging heat treatment for thick-walled barrel with the material of 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V.
