Abstract: The reason of the end of galvanizing sheet steel becoming dark and bright,when copper tube of air conditioner was brazing,was investigated by stereomicroscope and SEM. The result showed that the color changing was caused by Zn-Fe alloy in brazing flame heating,it showed that fine cracks existed in dark zone and the end of sheet with low corrosion resistant in salt spray test.
