    金属材料室温拉伸试验速率控制方法和夹持系统的选择

    Selection of Rate Control Methods and Clamp Systems for Metallic Materials Tensile Test at Room Temperature

    • 摘要: 解读了GB/T 228.1-2010为何要推荐使用方法A进行试验速率控制, 比较了德国某厂家液压平推夹具系统试验机和钢研纳克检测技术有限公司生产的楔形夹具试验机的应变控制效果。结果表明: 两者皆能将应变速率控制在误差要求范围内; 使用楔形夹持系统试验机进行应变控制试验, 可以极大地节约企业生产和用户消费成本。

       

      Abstract: The reason of method A of GB/T 228.1-2010 being recommended to use prior was explained. Two strain control results were compared, and one was obtained with a hydraumatic flat clamp system made in Germany and the other was obtained with wedge-shaped clamp system made in NCS Testing Technology Co., Ltd., of China. The results show that both of them could control the strain rate in a permitted range. However, using wedge-shaped clamp system, both the manufacture and the consuming cost could be greatly economized.
