    摩托车铝轮毂断裂失效分析

    THE FRACTURE FAILURE ANALYSIS OF THE ALUMINIUMMOTOR WHEEL

    • 摘要: 摩托车铝轮毂在安装过程中发生断裂。采用化学成分分析、力学性能测定和断口分析方法,对摩托车铝轮毂的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,铁含量超标、疏松区的存在以及组织中出现大量的针状含铁相,大大降低了材料的力学性能,是造成断裂的主要原因。摩托车铝轮毂断裂为一典型的脆性解理断裂。

       

      Abstract: The fracture of the aluminium motor wheel was investigated by means of chemical composition analysis, microstructure examination and hardness testing. The results showed that the content of iron is high, the existence of loosen area, much of hole and the appearance of abnormal phase reduced the mechanical properties. Above factors caused the brittle fracture of aluminium motor wheel.
