    热采锅炉炉管异种钢焊接接头失效原因分析

    THE FAILURE ANALYSIS OF THE CRACKED BOILER TUBES

    • 摘要: 利用光谱分析仪、光学显微镜和扫描电镜等测试手段,测试了炉管材料的化学成分和显微硬度,观察了失效接头的金相组织和断口形貌。发现焊接接头处存在魏氏组织、夹杂物严重聚集及局部区域出现熔合不良。分析结果表明,炉管接头焊接工艺参数过大,焊接材料选择不当,是引起炉管焊接接头失效的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: By using spectrum analyzer,optical microscope and SEM,chemical composition and microhardness of tube material were tested,and metallurgical structure and fracture pattern of the joint were observed. It is found that there was widmanstaten structure in the joint and inclusion aggregated. And part area of the joint lacked of fusion. The analysis showed that overside of parameter in furnace tube joint welding,and unsuitable choices of the welding material were the main reason of the joint failure.
