    碳纤维复丝的拉伸性能

    Tensile Properties of Carbon Fiber Multifilaments

    • 摘要: 根据GB/T 3362-2005选用环氧树脂E44和E51两种常用固化体系,测试了不同规格碳纤维的拉伸性能。结果表明:在胶液种类、胶液浓度、固化温度、固化张力、含胶量、加载速率和应变限等制样和拉伸测试条件一定的前提下, 拉伸性能的测试数据仍然在一定范围内波动, 分析其原因认为是碳纤维复杂的制备工艺导致其产品性能存在波动;当固化时间不小于30 min树脂完全固化时, 固化体系种类与固化时间对碳纤维拉伸性能测试结果的影响较小;两种树脂固化体系得到的拉伸性能数据具有一定的可比性;碳纤维属于脆性材料, 用测得的拉伸强度与模量依据虎克定律推算得到断裂伸长率的方法合理可行。

       

      Abstract: Heat-curable epoxy-resin systems of E44 and E51 were used in tensile properties test of different kinds of carbon fibers according to GB/T 3362-2005. The results show that when the testing conditions of specimen preparation and tensile test were regular, such as sizing type, sizing concentration, curing temperature, curing tension, sizing content of the carbon fibers, speed of loading and strain limit, the tensile properties of carbon fibers still fluctuated within some limits. It was because of the complicated preparation process of carbon fibers. When curing time was not less than 30 min and the resin had cured completely, the kinds of epoxy-resin system and curing time were thought to be less affected the performance evaluation. The data of two common epoxy-resin systems had certain comparability. The carbon fibers multifilament is brittle material, and it is perfectly rational on basis of Hooke’s law that the elongation at break was determined by calculation from the tensile strength and tensile modulus gotten directly by the tensile test.
