    F53双相不锈钢阀体开裂分析

    Cracking Analysis on Valve Body of F53 Duplex Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: F53双相不锈钢阀体在锻造过程中出现开裂,通过宏观及微观检验对开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:较高的始锻温度降低了工件的锻造加工性能;较低的终锻温度使组织的脆性相增多;较大的一次锻造变形量进一步增加了锻造应力,最终造成阀体产生了锻造开裂。

       

      Abstract: Cracking occurred in the valve body of F53 duplex stainless steel in the forging process. The cracking reason was analyzed by macroscopic and microscopic examination. The results showed that the forging processing properties were reduced by the higher initial forging temperature, the brittle phase was increased by the lower final forging temperature, the forging stress was increased by a forging large deformation, then the forging cracking was inevitable in valve body.
