    涂料密度测定的不确定度评定

    Uncertainty Evaluation on Density Measurement of Coatings

    • 摘要: 根据JJF 1059-1999, 以铝粉沥青船底漆密度的测定为例, 对涂料密度测定的不确定度进行了评定。结果表明: 该涂料的密度ρ23 ℃=1.227 6 g·mL-1,相对扩展不确定度Urel=0.05%,扩展不确定度U=0.000 7 g·mL-1,包含因子k=2;该结果比GB/T 6750-2007《色漆和清漆 密度的测定 比重瓶法》给出的不确定度低一个数量级。

       

      Abstract: With aluminium asphalt ship bottom paint as example, the uncertainty of density measurement of coatings was evaluated according to JJF 1059-1999. The results show that the density of the coating ρ23 ℃=1.227 6 g·mL-1, the related expanded uncertainty Urel=0.05%, the expanded uncertainty U=0.000 7 g·mL-1, and the coverage factor k=2. The obtained measurement uncertainty of the coating was lower one order of magnitude than that given in GB/T 6750-2007 “Paints and Varnishes-Determination of Density-Pyknometer Method”.
