液压万能试验机油管接头漏油改造实践
Improving Practice on Oil Leakage of Oil Pipe Joints of Hydraulic Universal Testing Machines

摘要: 通过分析确认液压万能试验机油管接头漏油的原因是电磁换向阀工作时产生的振动使油管接头根部产生横向裂纹,据此制定了两套油管改造方案: 一是增加钢质油管接头的壁厚, 提高接头的耐振动疲劳性能; 二是用高压钢丝编织胶软管替代钢质油管, 由钢性连接变为柔性连接, 减小振动的传递。实际运行结果表明: 改造后试验机运行状况良好,未再出现漏油故障, 从而有效地保证了试验机的正常运行, 且避免了油料的浪费和环境的污染。Abstract: Through analysis the oil leakage reason of the oil pipe joints of hydraulic universal testing machines was confirmed to be that the oil pipe joints produced transversal cracks under action of vibration from the solenoid directional valve, and according that two sets of oil pipe improving programs were established. The first method was increasing wall thickness of the steel oil pipe joints to improve the vibration fatigue resistance of the joints. The second method was using high pressure steel wire braided hose to replace steel oil pipe and changing the connection from rigidity to flexibility to reduce the vibration transmission. The practical operation results show that after improving the test machines ran in good condition and no oil leakage failure recurred. It not only effectively ensured the normal operation of the test machine, but also avoided fuel waste and environmental pollution.
