    金属薄板拉压低周疲劳防屈曲装置研究进展

    Research Progress of Tension and Compression Low-cycle Fatigue Anti-buckling Device for Metal Sheets

    • 摘要: 低周疲劳试验中金属薄板在拉压循环载荷作用下易发生屈曲失稳现象,试验过程中需要采取合适的防屈曲装置防止其屈曲失稳对试验结果的影响。综述了薄板拉压低周疲劳过程中出现的屈曲问题,介绍了近年来国内外防屈曲装置的研究进展,分析了现有防屈曲装置存在的问题,提出了防屈曲装置的未来研究方向。

       

      Abstract: In low cycle fatigue test,metal sheets were prone to buckling instability under tension and compression cyclic loads.In order to prevent the effect of buckling instability on the test results,appropriate antibuckling devices should be adopted during the test.The buckling problems occurred during tension and compression low-cycle fatigue of thin sheets were reviewed.The research progress of anti-buckling devices at home and abroad in recent years was introduced.Some problems of existing anti-buckling devices were analyzed.The future research directions of anti-buckling devices are proposed.
