    AISI403钢电站汽轮机叶片喷丸残余应力分布

    Residual Stress Distribution of AISI403 Steel Power Station Turbine Blades after Shot Peening Treatment

    • 摘要: 对AISI403钢电站汽轮机叶片进行了喷丸强化处理,利用X射线衍射技术研究了叶片表面喷丸残余应力分布的均匀性以及喷丸残余应力沿层深的分布。结果表明: 经过0.23 Amm喷丸强度喷丸处理后,AISI403钢叶片表面存在较大的残余压应力且分布均匀,应力分布标准偏差为15.4 MPa;喷丸后叶片残余压应力随层深的增加先增大后减小,表面残余应力为-635.8 MPa,在距表面25 μm处达到最大值-795.8 MPa。

       

      Abstract: AISI403 steel power station turbine blades were treated by shot peening, and the surface residual stress distribution uniformity and residual stress distribution along depth of the blades were investigated by X-ray diffraction method. The results show that after 0.23 Amm shot peening intensity treatment, the residual stress was distributed equally on surface of the blades, and the stress distribution standard deviation was 15.4 MPa. Meanwhile, with the increase of depth from the blade surface, the residual stress of the blades increased firstly and then decreased, with the top surface residual stress of -635.8 MPa and the maximum residual stress of -795.8 MPa at the depth of 25 μm.
