大环件轧机用芯轴断裂分析

ANALYSIS OF THE RUPTURED CORE AXES OF THE ROLL MILL FOR ROLLING BIG RING

摘要: 大环件轧机的芯轴连续发生断裂。采用断口分析、金相检验、电镜能谱分析和力学性能测定的方法对芯轴断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,所用材料的显微组织缺陷和耐热性能差是导致芯轴发生早期断裂的主要原因。

Abstract: The core axes of roll mill had been ruptured continuely. It was investigated by means of fracture analysis,microstructure examination,SEM energy spectrum analysis and mechanical properties testing. The result showed that the defects of the microstructure in the core axes and the poor heatproof of the material were the main reasons for the core axes′s earlier ruptured.
