    B-HARD400钢板自动火焰切割热影响区深度的判定

    Determination of Automatic Flame Cutting Heat Affected Zone Depth of B-HARD400 Steel Plates

    • 摘要: 自动火焰切割广泛应用于中厚板力学性能试验样坯的切取,其热影响区将影响到力学性能检测数据的有效性.笔者采用易受火焰切割热影响的直接淬火(DQ)状态和低温回火状态的B-HARD400高强度钢板,设计了一套冷热切割样坯方案进行试验.结果表明:当待检测试样距火焰切割边达到5 mm时,试验测得的室温拉伸性能、维氏硬度、显微组织、冲击吸收能量以及韧脆转变温度等均已基本与正常部位测得的无显著差异,即B-HARD400钢板的火焰切割热影响区深度约为5 mm.

       

      Abstract: Automatic flame cutting is widely employed in slitting mechanical testing samples of heavy plates,while the validity of mechanical properties is always affected by the heat affected zone of the flame cutting.Using the high strength B-HARD400 steel plates with DQ and low-temperature tempering technology,which is even more liable to be affected by automatic flame cutting,a set of experiments with cold and hot cutting samples were designed and carried out.The results show that when the test samples were 5 mm away from the flame cutting seam,there was no significant properties difference between the sample 5 mm away from the flame cutting seam and the normal position sample,such as room temperature tensile strength,Vickers hardness,microstructure,impact absorbed energy and ductile-brittle transition temperature.That is to say,the automatic flame cutting heat affected zone depth of B-HARD400 steel plates was about 5 mm.
