铁路货车侧架焊补后的组织缺陷及改善措施
Microstructure and Improvement Measures of Railway Wagon Side Frame after Repair Welding

摘要: 用B级钢(ZG25MnNi)铸造的铁路货车侧架存在各种铸造缺陷,须进行手工电弧焊焊补。但焊补后经热处理正火处理的焊接热影响区的魏氏粗晶组织未得到有效改善,有的焊补区域还存在粒状贝氏体组织。通过对焊补区原始组织和热处理工艺的探讨,分析了热处理后的缺陷组织的成因,提出了相应的对应方法和改善措施。Abstract: Many casting defects were found in railway wagon side frame casted by level-B steel(ZG25MnNi),and the defects must be repaired by welding . But widmanstatten was not improved in heat affected zone of weld joint and sometimes granule bainite was found in weld joint zone. Through discussing the welding microstructure and heat treatment technology,the defects microstructure after heat treatment were analyzed and the preventive suggestions were proposed.
