    轴承内圈沟道表面黑点的原因分析

    REASON ANALYSIS OF BLACKSPOTS ON INNER RING GROOVED RAILWAY OF THE BEARING

    • 摘要: 轴承成品零件表面常常会出现不明原因的黑点。采用金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱等方法对轴承内圈沟道表面的黑点(缺陷)进行了较为全面的分析。结果表明，轴承内圈沟道表面上的黑点缺陷是由于夹杂物脱落所造成的。

       

      Abstract: The unclear blackspots were found on the surface of the bearing inner ring grooved railway completely by means of macroscopic and scanning electron microscope and energy spectroscopy.The results of experiments showed that the blackspots of the bearing were caused by peeling off inclusions.
