    新氢压缩机排气阀盖断裂失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Fracture of Discharge Valve Guard of New Hydrogen Compressor

    • 摘要: 通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、断口分析、对照性金相检验和力学性能试验, 结合现场实际情况综合分析的方法, 对某新氢压缩机排气阀盖的断裂失效原因进行了分析。结果表明: 该阀盖断裂属性为H2S杂质超标诱发的沿晶脆性开裂, 而阀盖材料存在晶粒粗大、魏氏体脆性相以及网状铁素体等组织缺陷导致的材料力学性能不佳是造成此次断裂失效的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: The fracture failure cause of discharge valve guard of new hydrogen compressor was investigated by macro inspection, chemical compositions analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical properties test in contrast. The results show that H2S corrosion, poor performance of mechanical properties due to metallographic flaws, such as coarse grains, Widmanstatten structure and ferrite net were the main causes of the fracture failure.
